The Cape

This first stop on this most recent trip was Cape Canaveral, where we saw a shuttle launch. It was the first time I'd ever witnessed a launch of any kind. The launch went on schedule and people there applauded. The sound of the launch, like fire crackers, arrived much after the launch, which was kind of strange. But the sight sure was something special for this spaceman.
